Inspired by the resilience of the original Charter Oak, a symbol of American independence our Charter Oak Salad Bowl combines the elegance of traditional pewter, the endurance of hard wood (Acacia) and modern design. Embellished with figural pewter, a slender branchlet of oak bearing tiny acorns wraps around the base of our large, contemporary cone shaped acacia bowl.
