Custom Staging and Redesign
Consultation
The first step is to schedule a consultation. The consultation is $150 and it includes a site visit. I will walk through the property and take detailed notes and photos to compile a proposal defining my specific recommendations.
Proposal
I will provide both recommendations and pricing for staging. We will use the homeowner’s furniture and accessories, where appropriate, as well as recommend any additional furnishings, accessories and design hours needed. Beyond furnishings and accessories, Ghazel’s designs will work with clients contractors to update the finishes in a home: paint, hardware, fixtures, kitchen counters and bath, if the return on investment warrants.
Presentation
Upon acceptance of the proposal, the Ghazel’s designs team will stage the home. This may include pre-packing, painting, freshening surfaces, updating lighting and finishes, capital improvements, arrangement and installation of proposed changes.
Completion
The move-in-ready home is reinvented to appeal to the greatest number of buyers, distinguished from the competition and showcased to quickly sell.
